Key terms

Last updated: October 2026

A plain-language summary of the supplier agreement you sign with us. The signed agreement prevails.

01

Scope

Only the sources, channels, folders and date ranges you select. Nothing is included by default.

02

License

You grant us a non-exclusive right to license a de-identified copy of the selected data for training and evaluating AI models. You keep ownership of your data and your originals.

03

Payment

When a buyer licenses your dataset, we pay you by bank transfer within 7 days of the sale, as set out in your signed agreement. Every license sold pays out the same way.

04

License term

Each buyer license lasts at most 3 years. Buyers then delete their copies and certify the deletion. Models already trained keep what they learned, which is why you approve the scope and a de-identified sample first.

05

Your controls

You approve the de-identified sample before review closes, and every buyer by name before a license is signed. You can block competitors, sector software vendors or regions; we enforce this in every buyer license.

06

What buyers may do

Train and evaluate AI models. Buyers may not resell or publish the data, attempt re-identification, or reproduce source text or code verbatim. Breaches carry contractual penalties.

07

Withdrawal

Withdraw any source before review is complete, at no cost.

08

No lock-in

No sign-up, setup or exit fees. No exclusivity. No minimum term.

09

Governing law

Belgian law; courts of Brussels.
