How we handle the details you share on this website.
Who we are
Grokked (Da Vincilaan 2/230, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium, enterprise no. 0779.720.741) is the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach our data protection officer at dpo@grokked.ai.
What we collect
When you request an estimate: your name, work email, company, country, optional phone number, and your answers (data types, team size, years in business, industry). When you book a call: the time slot, meeting type and any colleague you invite. We use no tracking or advertising cookies — one functional cookie remembers your language.
Why we use it
To prepare your estimate, contact you about it and hold the call (steps prior to a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep basic records of our business relationship (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
24 months after our last contact. If we sign an agreement, the agreement's retention rules apply.
Who sees it
Our team, and the providers that run this website for us under data processing agreements: Vercel (hosting) and HubSpot (our CRM, which stores your request). Both are US companies; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your contact details.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — email dpo@grokked.ai. You may also complain to your data protection authority: GBA/APD (Belgium), Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands), CNIL (France) or CNPD (Luxembourg).
